If you have not lived in PA for 10 consecutive years, you must submit FBI fingerprint clearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>FBI fingerprint clearance registration can be completed online at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/uenroll.identogo.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/uenroll.identogo.com<\/a>.\u00a0The Service Code is 1KG6XN.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TB Test<\/strong>&nbsp;(within two years)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions:<br>Child Abuse History Clearance: &nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.compass.state.pa.us\/cwis\/public\/home\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.compass.state.pa.us\/cwis\/public\/home<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on \u201cCreate a New Account\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will be prompted to \u201cCreate a Keystone ID\u201d and complete Profile Information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will receive a temporary password and directed to set a permanent password \u2013 close window and log-in with new password<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Read and accept Terms and Conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continue to \u201cCreate Clearance Application\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Begin \u201cApplication Purpose\u201d \u2013 choose \u201cVolunteer\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete Contact Information \u2013 you will need your previous names and addresses, the names and ages of all people with whom you have lived (including parents and siblings) since 1975.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eSignature (type in first and last name)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continue to \u201cFinalize &amp; Submit Application\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will receive \u201cApplication Submission Confirmation\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email notification of the outcome of your clearance within 14 days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Criminal Record Check Clearance:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/epatch.pa.gov\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/epatch.pa.gov\/home<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on \u201cNew Record Check \u2013 Volunteers Only\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Read and accept the Terms and Conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete Personal Information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reason for Request is \u201cVolunteer\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After all information has been completed, click on \u201cFinished\u201d and then \u201cSubmit\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Results will appear. If you have no record, the status will be \u201cNo Record\u201d. Click on \u201cCertification Form\u201d and print. If the status is \u201cRequest Under Review\u201d, the State Police will review your request \u2013 check back in a few days to see if the status has been updated. If the status has been changed to \u201cNo Record\u201d, print the certification sheet.
